Installation of Oase pump fed premium XL drum filter & UV treatment system for a wild swimming lake to work in conjunction with the natural springs feeding the pool.
The Oase XL drum filter system is designed for water quality management of very large natural swimming ponds & pools, capable of filtering up to 50,000 litres of water per hour and supporting 2-3 pond pumps drawing from different areas of the pool to provide very effective filtration and circulation of the water.
The system can work in conjunction with 2 UV modules that will deal with bacteria and green algae present before the water enters the drum filter module. The drum filter itself then filters all particles and suspended organic matter down to less than the diameter of a human hair, before the water then passes via gravity into a discharge module where an aerator further improves water quality before it is returned into the pond or pool via gravity flow through pipework.
The Oase drum filter system is very quiet and has low power consumption due to its gravity flow system. It is also self cleaning, making for low maintenance whilst able to deliver bathing quality water without the use of chemicals, ideal for a wild swimming pool environment.
